蔡健雅（英語：Tanya Chua，1975年1月28日－），生於新加坡，為華語樂壇創作歌手及音樂製作人。1997年以首張英語專輯《Bored》在新加坡出道，1999年於臺灣發行首張國語專輯《呼吸》。2006年定居臺北，並成立「天涯音樂工作室」。 蔡健雅曾以專輯《雙棲動物》、《Goodbye & Hello》、《說到愛》和《DEPART》4度獲得台灣金曲獎最佳華語女歌手獎，為該獎項的紀錄保持人。蔡健雅也曾憑藉《Goodbye & Hello》獲得第19屆金曲獎最佳專輯製作人獎的殊榮。2022年，蔡健雅憑《DEPART》獲第33屆金曲獎最佳演唱錄音專輯獎、最佳華語專輯獎、年度專輯獎等4座獎項，成為該屆獲獎大贏家。 2015年電影《沉默的雙眼》推介訪問
